What this website collects, why, and who handles it.
This website is operated by HIQ GENERAL TRADING LLC, trading as FAMES, Dubai, UAE.
Enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company or shop, country, email address and/or phone or WhatsApp number, business type, the items and quantities you need, destination, required date and any notes. We also record the page you came from.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and handle any resulting order. Submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., and forwarded to the FAMES sales team by email.
WhatsApp, phone, email and Instagram
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages sent on WhatsApp or Instagram are handled under those services' own terms and privacy policies.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and measure actions such as enquiries sent and WhatsApp clicks. Analytics never receives your name, contact details or the contents of your enquiry.
Analytics cookies are only set if you choose "Accept" on the cookie notice. If you decline or make no choice, Google Analytics receives only anonymous page signals without cookies (Google Consent Mode), which cannot identify you. Advertising cookies are not used. Change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing mohdamanv3@gmail.com.
