How to order tableware wholesale from a UAE supplier

1. Prepare your list

For each item, write down:

• The type of item, such as dinner plate, rice bowl or serving tray
• The material, if you have a preference
• The size, in inches or centimetres
• The design or colour, or a photo of what you want
• The approximate quantity

Photos of items that sell well in your shop, or of the style you want for your restaurant, help a supplier suggest the closest match.

2. Ask for a quotation

Send the list by the supplier's enquiry form, WhatsApp or email, with your company name, country and how you want to receive the goods. A useful quotation tells you:

• The price for each item
• How many pieces come in each pack or carton
• Which items and designs are available now
• How the goods will reach you, and any cost for that
• How long the prices are valid

3. Check before you confirm

• Compare the items on the quotation with your list, line by line.
• Ask for photos of the exact designs if you are unsure.
• Ask for care and use guidance for each item, especially for hospitality use.
• Adjust quantities to full cartons where possible.

4. Confirm and arrange delivery

Once you confirm, agree how the goods will reach you. In the UAE the usual options are collection from the supplier or delivery to your shop or warehouse. International buyers can have the supplier arrange shipping, or ask their own freight forwarder to collect.

Keep the item names or codes from your quotation. Sending them with new quantities makes reordering quick.
